At The Dragon’s Hoard, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns:

Returns & Exchanges

  • You may return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
  • We cannot accept returns on gift cards, downloadable products, or opened items such as card packs, dice sets, or software.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
  • Please allow a few business days for your bank or card company to post the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or sent in error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for valuable items.
